Our Services
Restore Body & Mind Studio provides complementary wellness services, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and Neuroptimal® neurofeedback.
Our services are designed to support your body’s natural capacity for regulation, recovery and wellbeing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions, and should not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.
If you have concerns about your health or whether one of our services is appropriate for you, we encourage you to seek advice from your healthcare provider before booking.
Booking Appointments
Appointments may be booked online, by phone or by email and are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to decline, reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary.
Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to allow time to settle in and complete any required paperwork.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so we can remain on schedule for other clients. The full appointment fee may still apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may also incur the full appointment fee.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Where appropriate, we will always aim to apply this policy with understanding and discretion.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.
We accept payment by Cash, Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards through Square and Stripe.
Prices may change from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
Your Safety
Your safety is our priority.
Some services may not be suitable for everyone. Before your first appointment, you may be asked to complete a health screening questionnaire to help us determine whether a service is appropriate for you.
Providing complete and accurate information about your health helps us make informed recommendations and deliver our services as safely as possible.
Restore Body & Mind Studio reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service if we believe it is not appropriate or safe for you.
Illness
To help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we ask that you do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, including fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, influenza, COVID-19 or any other infectious condition.
If you become unwell before your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange another suitable time.
Where illness prevents you from providing the usual 24 hours’ notice, we will take the circumstances into consideration.
Individual Experiences
Every person responds differently to complementary wellness services.
While many clients report positive changes, individual experiences vary depending on a range of personal factors. For this reason, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any of our services.
